Support
Cuedora is made by a small team. There is no chatbot and no ticket portal. Write to us, and include enough detail that we can reproduce the problem on a Mac.
That address is the public front door for product help, refunds, and privacy questions. We read it. We do not publish a phone number. You must be 18 to buy a license.

What to include
A useful report usually has:
- what you were trying to do (dictate, Smart Voice, screenshot, Explain This Screen, shelf, license…)
- what happened instead, in one or two sentences
- whether it happens every time
- macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac)
- Cuedora version — Settings → Updates, or the first lines of a diagnostics export
- whether the Mac is Apple silicon, and that it is running macOS 26 or later
Do not paste transcripts, screenshots of private screens, or Inbox contents into the email unless you have a specific reason and you are comfortable sharing them. We do not need your captures to debug most failures.
Export diagnostics from the app
- Open Cuedora’s Inbox if it is not already open.
- Choose Cuedora → Settings… (⌘,), or Settings… from the menu-bar extra.
- In the sidebar, under App, open Privacy & Data.
- Click Export diagnostics… and save the text file somewhere you can find.
The file is a local .txt you review before sending. It contains app version, macOS version, whether microphone / accessibility / input monitoring / screen recording are granted, a short engine-readiness line, and a category-level event log. It is written so it cannot include audio, transcripts, OCR text, filenames, screenshots, calendar or reminder titles, or clipboard contents. Nothing is uploaded unless you attach the file to an email yourself.
If you prefer to send your notes and attachments instead, use Export local data… on the same Settings page. That is a different export, and it does contain Inbox content — only share it if you mean to.
System requirements
- macOS 26 or later
- Apple silicon (no Intel build)
- English-language interface in this version
Microphone, Input Monitoring, Accessibility, Screen Recording, and Calendar/Reminders are requested only when a feature needs them. If a feature does nothing, the first place to look is System Settings → Privacy & Security for that permission, then quit and reopen Cuedora if macOS asked you to.
Moving to a new Mac
A license can be active on three devices. Before you wipe or sell a Mac:
- Open Settings → License.
- Click Deactivate this Mac… and confirm.
Cuedora tells Lemon Squeezy to free that activation seat, then forgets the key on this Mac. Your Inbox stays until you delete it. On the new Mac, install Cuedora and activate with the same key.
If you already wiped the old Mac, email us with the license key. We can help from the merchant side; we cannot reach into a computer that is gone.
Refunds, privacy, and the license text
- Refund Policy — 14 days, processed by Lemon Squeezy; local data is not deleted
- Privacy Policy — what stays on the Mac, and the few things that do not
- Terms of Service and End User License Agreement
