Terms of Service
These terms cover this website and buying Cuedora. The software itself is licensed under the End User License Agreement. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Who you are dealing with
The website and the Cuedora app are published by Chhaya Digital LLC (“we,” “us”).

When you pay for a license, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. You buy from them. They collect the payment, handle tax at checkout, send the receipt, and issue the license key. Their buyer terms apply to that checkout. Ours apply to the product and this site.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to buy Cuedora or to send us personal information through this site or by email. If you are under 18, do not purchase a license.
The website
cuedora.com is a marketing site. It does not host your captures and it does not require an account. You may browse it, download what we publish there, and contact [email protected].
Do not scrape the site in a way that harms hosting, impersonate Chhaya Digital LLC, or present Cuedora as something it is not — for example a cloud service, a subscription, or a medical or legal advisor.
Your use of the site is also covered by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. If these terms and the Privacy Policy disagree about personal information, the Privacy Policy controls. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies; details are in that policy.
We may change, pause, or take down this website at any time. We do not have to keep every page online, and we do not owe you support for the marketing site.
If you email a suggestion about the site or the app, you let us use that suggestion without paying you or naming you. Do not send an idea you want to keep secret.
The product you can buy
Cuedora is a native macOS app. It costs $14.99 USD as a one-time purchase. That is an introductory price; the regular price is $20 USD. Cuedora has not been sold at $20, so $14.99 is not a discount from a price we previously charged. The price shown at checkout is the price for that purchase. There is no subscription and no per-use charge.
The license is a personal license to use the software, described in the EULA. It includes permanent use of the major version you bought, plus one year of updates. Later major versions may be paid upgrades. You may activate the license on up to three devices.
It runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 26 or later. The shipping interface is English. There is no Windows, iOS, or Mac App Store edition.
Lemon Squeezy adds any sales tax, VAT, or similar that applies to your checkout. We do not set a separate tax-inclusive price on this page because that amount depends on where you are and on the merchant’s tax engine.
The trial
You can use the full app for 14 days without a credit card. The clock starts at your first successful voice or screenshot capture, not at install. When the trial ends, existing data stays readable, exportable, and deletable; new captures are turned off until you activate a license.
The trial is tied to this Mac on purpose. Deleting the app or clearing one store of trial state does not start a new 14 days. That is a product choice, not a bug.
Acceptable use
Use Cuedora for yourself, on Macs you control, in line with the EULA and with the law. In particular:
- Do not use it to capture other people’s private screens or conversations without a right to do so.
- Do not try to break, share, or resell the license, or to run it on more than three activated devices.
- Do not use it to build a competing hosted service that ships our code or our models as the product.
- Do not rely on it as medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, or insurance advice. Transcription and suggested actions can be wrong. You confirm every reminder and calendar event before it is created.
Your content
What you capture is yours. We do not claim ownership of your audio, screenshots, transcripts, or Inbox. Because those materials stay on your Mac, we also cannot retrieve them for you from a server. See the Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
Cuedora, the app icon, this site, and the original source code are owned by Chhaya Digital LLC. You get a license to use the app, not ownership of it. Third-party components (including the bundled speech helper and Sparkle) remain under their own notices, which ship inside the app bundle as THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
Do not use Apple’s name or logo, or any other vendor’s, in a way that suggests they publish or endorse Cuedora. They do not.
Disclaimer of warranties
This clause is here to protect a small independent software company. Cuedora and this website are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that transcription, OCR, explanations, or suggested actions will be complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. macOS, Apple’s on-device models, and permissions you grant or withhold all affect what the app can do.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
This clause is also here to protect us. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chhaya Digital LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, replacement software, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the website or the purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Cuedora license that the claim is about (or $14.99 if you never paid). Some places do not allow these limits. If you live in one of them, some of this section may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
If your use causes a claim
If your use of the site or the app, or your breaking these terms or the law, causes a claim against Chhaya Digital LLC, you will cover the reasonable cost of that claim to the extent the law allows.
Termination
You can stop using the site and the app at any time. You can ask for a refund during the window in the Refund Policy; a refund deactivates the license and does not delete local data.
If you materially break these terms or the EULA, we may deactivate the license through Lemon Squeezy. Your local files remain on your Mac unless you delete them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. If you bought a license, a change that takes something meaningful away from that license will not apply to you for that already-paid major version unless the law requires it or you agree. Using the website after a change means you accept the new website terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. That choice does not take away consumer protections that a mandatory law of your home country or state gives you.
Except where a mandatory consumer law says otherwise, you and we will bring any court case in the state or federal courts in New Jersey. Either of us may still use small-claims court where it has power, or ask a court anywhere to stop misuse of our intellectual property.

If you live in California, you may complain to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 N. If you live in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Nevada, Texas, or another state with its own privacy law, that same Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how to ask. Those statutes do not create a capture database we do not have.
Other legal terms
These terms, the EULA, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement for the site and the purchase. If a court throws out one sentence, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a rule one time, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them if the company is sold. US export rules apply to the software; see the EULA.
